Warehouse Team Lead – REMA TIP TOP North Africa (Stahgruber Group)

We are currently seeking a driven and safety-focused Warehouse Team Lead who is committed to quality, embraces a growth mindset, champions continuous improvement, and thrives in mentoring and developing teams.

• Act in a lead capacity, providing direction, training and support to department employees, ensuring daily productivity, quality and safety goals are met.
• Delegate tasks and monitor workflow to ensure operational efficiency and accuracy.
• Guide the team through daily work activities.
• Communicate to Distribution Center Manager employee performance and attendance concerns, as well as identifying areas that need improvement.
• Serve as a mentor, create a positive work environment, that fosters understanding and growth.
• Identify issues and recommend solutions to improve efficiency, quality and safety.
• Support continuous improvement efforts of the organization to achieve Company goals and objectives.
• Support year‑end inventory.
• Assist in receiving, stocking, order picking, packing, and shipping of materials as needed.
• Maintain, support and advance the Company’s current ISO certification and future ISO goals.
• Participate in daily, weekly, monthly and annual planning processes as appropriate.
• Ensure proper training of personnel assigned.
• Identify individuals for future advancement.
• Maintain an organized and clean work environment.
• Maintain regular attendance according to schedule.
• Follow all Company policy and procedures.

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• 2+ years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Forklift certification
