Westin Fulfillment LLC is looking for an Assistant Warehouse Manager who knows how to keep the floor moving, the team motivated, and the trucks rolling out on time. This role is for someone who can jump into the action, solve problems in real time, and help turn daily volume into daily wins.

• Helping run the daily flow of receiving, picking, packing, and shipping
• Leading warehouse associates with clarity, accountability, and energy
• Keeping productivity high and errors low
• Adjusting workflows to meet volume and deadlines
• Supporting inventory control and cycle counts
• Maintaining safety standards and operational discipline
• Training and developing team members
• Troubleshooting issues before they become problems
• Partnering with leadership to keep operations sharp and efficient

• 2+ years of warehouse leadership experience
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations and inventory processes
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
• Confidence making decisions in a fast‑paced environment
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active throughout the shift
• Availability to work Sundays
