Operations Manager​/Warehouse Manager

We are looking for a hands‑on, detail‑oriented Operations Manager/Warehouse Manager to oversee our daily receiving and inventory functions. This role blends high‑level coordination with active floor management. You will be responsible for ensuring that goods move efficiently from the dock to final dispatch while leading a team dedicated to accuracy and safety.

• Plan and coordinate daily receiving activities to meet deadlines.
• Oversee the receiving process, ensuring all received goods are checked against purchase orders and inspected for missing or damaged items.
• Manage all aspects of inventory control, monitoring stock levels and coordinating replenishment with purchasing and logistics teams.
• Schedule and assign tasks to warehouse staff, providing continuous training, coaching, and performance evaluation.
• Enforce safety standards and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
• Operate forklifts or other machinery as needed, and occasionally drive company vehicles for local pickups or deliveries.

• 4 years of experience in a warehouse or operations management role.
• Manager level experience.
• Skills:
  
  Problem Solving, Decision Making, Organization, Influencing, Coaching, Lifting, Shipping/Receiving (1 year required), Inventory Auditing (1 year required), Compliance, WMS (2 years required), Forklift Operation (3 years required).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and written/oral communication.
