Arcade Manager – Stars and Strikes Family Entertainment Center

We are seeking an energetic, driven individual with a solid work ethic, positive attitude, and superior guest service skills to lead the overall operations of our state‑of‑the‑art games room. As the Arcade Manager, you will be directly responsible for meeting and exceeding sales goals, running a full retail‑style prize center, analyzing game payouts, and training and maintaining team members across a variety of positions while ensuring an exceptional guest experience.

• Ensure an Excellent Guest Experience
• Meet & Exceed Arcade Sales Goals
• Manage Retail‑Style Prize Store
• Hire, Train & Manage Hourly Staff
• Complete Arcade Audit
• Analyze Game Payouts & High‑End Reconciliation
• Merchandize Prize Store & Price New Items
• Order Arcade Inventory & Organize Storage Room
• Test Drive & Produce Arcade Reporting

• 1–2 years of management experience
• Experience in retail or sales is a plus
• Friendly and professional demeanor
• Ability to analyze reports and proficiency with Excel
• Knowledge of Meriq, Tripleseat, Vector, Micros, and Embed software is a plus
