Description Position Overview
As a Cleaning and Facilities Technician, you will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth functioning of our facilities and supporting the content restoration process. You'll be responsible for detailed cleaning, proper cartage of contents, maintaining cleanliness and organization of facilities, and collaborating closely with our cleaning and field teams.
Responsibilities- Detailed Cleaning:
Execute meticulous cleaning processes for residential and commercial spaces, ensuring the highest standards are met. - Inventory Management:
Play a crucial role in inventory tasks, distinguishing items for cleaning and disposal with precision. - Project Setup:
Create and maintain an organized setup for rooms and staging areas, contributing to efficient project execution. - End-of-Day Cleanup:
Transform each jobsite with thorough end-of-day cleanup, leaving a clean and orderly space. - Proper Cartage of Contents:
Safely transport contents to and from various locations including trucks, storage facilities, and cleaning staging areas. - Facilities Cleaning and Upkeep:
Perform routine cleaning tasks to maintain cleanliness and organization of facilities. Monitor and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment. - Trash Management:
Collect and dispose of trash and debris from facilities and work areas. Maintain clean outdoor areas including parking lots and building surroundings. - Team
Collaboration:
Work collaboratively with cleaning and field teams to support operations and meet project deadlines. Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to coordinate tasks and ensure alignment with project goals. - Flexibility and Adaptability:
Adapt to changing priorities and work assignments to meet industry demands. Assist with additional tasks or projects to support team objectives. - Safety Adherence:
Embrace a culture of safety, strictly following company and OSHA guidelines for a secure work environment. - Effective Communication:
Communicate seamlessly with Supervisors and teammates to enhance collaboration. Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a significant plus!
