AboutThe Role

We are seeking an Equipment Prep Associate to maintain, repair, and prepare vending and coffee machines within our warehouse. This role ensures machines meet safety, quality, and operational standards before deployment while supporting inventory accuracy and warehouse efficiency. Ideal candidates have strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct routine inspections, diagnostics, and preventive maintenance on vending and coffee machines.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and plumbing components to restore equipment functionality.
- Repair, adjust, and test machines to ensure they meet operational and safety requirements before deployment.
- Assist with receiving, assembling, and storing new vending and coffee machines in collaboration with the Warehouse Manager.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records, including service dates, parts used, and machine condition reports.
- Load and unload company products into machines for inventory accuracy and staging.
- Lift, move, and maneuver vending equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in the warehouse and during equipment operation.
- Drive company vehicles, including 16‑foot and 26‑foot box trucks, when needed.
- Follow all company, safety, and operational protocols.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, or plumbing systems related to vending and coffee machines.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills.
- Proficient with hand tools and power tools used in machine repair.
- Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams, manuals, and schematics.
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Ability to work independently or collaboratively as part of a team.
- Ability to lift and move vending equipment safely.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to drive DOT‑certified vehicles.
- Must pass pre‑employment background check and drug screening.
