A leading healthcare services provider is seeking a Floor Tech to maintain cleanliness and appearance in a long-term care facility. The ideal candidate will perform floor care tasks, operate equipment safely, and provide excellent service to residents and staff. A high school diploma is preferred, with prior experience advantageous but not required. Candidates should be able to lift/push up to 50 pounds and follow scheduled tasks in a supportive team environment.
