Area Quality Assurance Supervisor

We are seeking an Area Quality Assurance Supervisor to oversee the compliance and maintenance of our facility, ensuring safe operations and continuous improvement of equipment and processes.

• Primary point of contact for facility issues, including awareness and training of personnel.
• Ensure vehicles, buildings, grounds, and maintenance services are completed as needed.
• Tour warehouses regularly to verify safety and operational readiness.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs for equipment and facilities.
• Monitor all materials handling equipment maintenance and coordinate with outside service providers.
• Enforce housekeeping policies to minimize injuries and loss of production.
• Interact with trash hauling and salvage companies to ensure services.
• Track building and equipment repairs and monitor preventive maintenance schedules.
• Purchase parts, supplies, fuel; maintain cost‑effective inventory.
• Negotiate and enforce maintenance contracts with vendors.
• Delegate functions to qualified employees as required.
• Perform other duties as required by site management.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Computer skills:
  Microsoft Office Suite.
• English language proficiency (reading, writing, speaking).
• Standard mathematical skills.

Previous experience or exposure to basic maintenance skills.

Use hands to handle tools, reach, stoop, kneel, crouch; use computer; requires close and distance vision.

Low to moderate noise; rarely exposed to fumes or chemicals.
