Description We are looking for a skilled Attorney to join our team on a contract basis in Nashville, Georgia. This role focuses on drafting and reviewing operating agreements, ensuring legal compliance, and supporting entity formation processes. Responsibilities:

- Draft and review operating agreements with precision to ensure legal accuracy and compliance.

- Provide guidance on entity formation, including structuring and documentation.

- Collaborate with internal teams to address legal inquiries and support ongoing projects.

- Conduct thorough legal research to ensure all agreements align with current laws and regulations.

- Offer strategic advice on corporate governance and related matters.

- Maintain organized documentation and records of all legal contracts and agreements.

- Ensure timely completion of all assigned tasks while adhering to project deadlines.

- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to clarify legal terms and resolve issues.

- Assist in the revision and improvement of existing agreements to meet evolving business needs. Requirements - Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active license to practice law.

- Proven experience drafting operating agreements and handling entity formation.

- Strong understanding of corporate law and governance.

- Excellent legal research and analytical skills.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and thoroughness.

- Ability to work effectively in a contract-based role.
