IT Systems & Innovation Specialist

We’re looking for a hands‑on, tech‑savvy problem solver who’s not afraid to dive in, own lingering IT issues, and proactively streamline our systems. This is not a sit‑back‑and‑monitor‑networks role — we want someone who will take initiative, get in the weeds, and improve how we all work.

This person will straddle multiple departments, bring IT up to speed, cross‑train with HR for onboarding needs, become our internal tech guru (especially with INNERGY), and help us unlock the real value of automation and AI. • IT System Wrangler
• Take over and clear out the backlog of slow‑burning IT issues affecting the team (e.g., logins, drive access, printer setup, Wi‑Fi connection, INNERGY Designer access, label printers, etc.).
• Own and manage user access, system permissions, and tech setups from onboarding to off‑boarding.
• Maintain and support shared drives (Y, MV, etc.), troubleshooting and organizing them to reduce downtime.
• HR Cross‑Training & Tech‑Enabled Onboarding
• Work closely with HR to handle the technical side of onboarding: INNERGY accounts, Bluebeam setup, email configuration, and systems access.
• Become the go‑to expert for INNERGY: know every update, bug, feature, and release.
• Host monthly training sessions company‑wide on INNERGY updates and new productivity tools.
• Own the product development and configuration process inside INNERGY — build out product templates, refine current product inputs, and serve as the neutral data analyst between departments.
• Curate custom dashboards, views, and reports in INNERGY that surface real data and keep everyone aligned.
• Automation & AI Implementation
• Partner with leadership to identify and execute AI‑driven initiatives: bulk estimating, data clean‑up, bid automation, etc.
• Collaborate with operations and finance to automate INNERGY processes, streamline repetitive tasks, and increase team efficiency.
• Be the AI translator for those with big ideas but limited time or tech skills.

• Experience in IT support, systems analyst, or tech operations role
• Working knowledge of user administration, drive structures, access management
• Experience with enterprise software, preferably INNERGY, Bluebeam, or similar platforms
• Comfort with automation tools, AI platforms, scripting (Zapier, Power Automate, Python, etc.) is a huge plus
• Strong communicator who can teach others — not just fix their problems
• Ability to analyze data and deliver actionable insights

• Experience in construction, manufacturing, or project‑based industries
• Familiarity with AI estimation models or bid parsing
• Past experience leading cross‑functional trainings
• A love for process mapping
