We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Analytics Architect to spearhead our data analytics initiatives and deliver actionable insights that drive business performance. This role requires deep expertise in Google Big Query
, GA4 (Google Analytics
4), and Looker dashboards
, along with strong leadership and communication skills. The ideal candidate will manage a team of analysts, define data strategies, and ensure our analytics ecosystem is optimized for scalability and impact.

• Data Strategy Development
  • Define and implement the organization's data analytics strategy aligned with business goals.
  • Identify and prioritize key analytics projects to optimize decision-making and performance.
• Team Leadership
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of analysts and data professionals.
  • Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment.
• Data Analysis and Insights
  • Conduct advanced data analysis using Big Query and other tools to uncover trends, opportunities, and potential risks.
  • Provide actionable recommendations to stakeholders across departments.
• Tool and Technology Management
  • Oversee the selection, implementation, with a focus on GA4, Big Query, and Looker.
  • Ensure data systems are scalable and optimized for business needs.
• Stakeholder Collaboration
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, operations, and product development, to address data needs.
  • Present findings and insights in a clear and impactful manner to non-technical stakeholders.
• Data Governance
  • Establish and enforce data governance policies and practices.
  • Ensure compliance with data security and privacy regulations.

• Education
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• Experience
  • Proven experience in analytics, business intelligence, or a related domain.
  • Prior experience in managing or leading teams is preferred.
• Technical Skills
  • Expertise in Google Big Query, GA4, and Looker dashboards (mandatory).
  • Strong knowledge of SQL, Python, R, or other data analysis/programming languages.
  • Experience with big data technologies like Hadoop, Spark, or cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud Platform, Azure).
  • Experience with Google Tag Manager and A/B testing tools (e.g., Optimizely).
• Soft Skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
• Certifications (Preferred)
  • Google Analytics 4 Certification, Looker Certification, or Google Cloud Data Analytics Certification.
