Duties and responsibilities:IT Helpdesk Support Technician
- Performing end-user support of hardware and software
- Administers, Installs and Maintains as well as supports the integrity of various computer systems, including backups, recovery and file maintenance
- Assists with the daily administration and monitoring of a network/server environment and performance
- Performs testing to provide diagnosis of issues and to assist with the deployment of any solutions
- Installing and configuring software to resolve technical problems along with monitoring software licensing and maintenance agreements
- Supports and enforces a disaster recovery, security and backup and restore plan
- Maintain or create system related documentation
Cost Accountant
- 2-3 years of support within a multiuser environment
- Associates Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Must be team-oriented and self-motivated
- Monday - Thursday (3:00pm - 1:00am
* hours could vary) - Ability to commute/relocate to Pendergrass, GA 30567
- Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
