• Ensure successful adoption and measurable business outcomes for Anaplan solutions across approximately 15-20 accounts
• Act as the trusted strategic advisor and primary contact for all matters related to Anaplan throughout the customer lifecycle
• Collaborate with internal teams to align customer success plans with broader account strategies and growth targets
• Identify and manage risks, escalations, and customer needs effectively
• Educate customers on best practices in scenario planning using Anaplan

• Proven experience managing enterprise customers with complex solutions in a Customer Success, Solution Consulting, Implementation, or Advisory capacity
• Fluency in English and Spanish is a must
• Demonstrated ability to influence and build trust with senior stakeholders
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
• Strong time‑management and prioritization skills in a dynamic, high‑growth environment

• Experience with SaaS platforms and Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) solutions
• IT delivery experience preferred
• Background in Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, or Management Consulting is advantageous
