Technology Lead – Coupa Source

Manager is open/flexible to candidates in different locations.

• Minimum of 8-10 years IT experience – in End-user industry or IT consulting or Systems Integrators or with IT Product
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience working on procurement transformations at an enterprise scale
• Candidates will likely go through a couple rounds of interviews before final decision making process. Position is for 3 months to start, with the possibility to be extended or hired on full-time based on performance.
• Candidates MUST have experience with Coupa and SAP ERP systems. The team is looking for someone with experience in both to lead and support integration initiatives between Coupa and SAP ERP.
• Coupa certification is a must, along with SAP (functional) experience, not so much on the technical experience. The client is currently on Coupa R44.

• Lead Solutions Design for Coupa, Configuration, Documentation, Testing, and Delivery with intelligent automation (Scope includes work among SAP and non-SAP Systems and Applications)
• Excellent technical & functional configuration knowledge and demonstrated proficiency for SAP Source to Pay, inclusive of Smart Contract Management, Spend Analytics, Guided Buying, and Collaborative Supply Chain & Procurement Materials Management, Materials Management (Direct and Indirect)
• Participate in gathering and documenting overall business requirements. Support all formal documentation of implementation and provide relevant functional inputs to technical team.
• Configure and implement Coupa solutions for source to pay processes. Should be able to perform global Coupa configuration, Approval Workflow, Custom field set up for transactions, Chart of account, PO forms, Catalog, Supplier, Item, User setup, Security Roles and Permission as per business requirement.
• Experience in Coupa Configuration and data loads in Sourcing, Contracting, Purchasing, invoicing Master data(Supplier, Materials and Accounting data) and Catalog Management.
• Experience with Coupa integration and mapping to legacy SAP systems for transactional and master data interface in source to pay.
• Create functional specification documents that require development of WRICEF (Workflow Reports Interfaces Conversion Enhancement and Form) objects
• Prepare test cases, validate deliverables, and support client testing and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Responsible for solving complex business problems by creating IT solutions in consultation with business partners, architects and other stakeholders
• Operate in close partnership with the IT and business communities, subject matter experts, external consultants, cross functional teams, add-ons, etc.
