As a Senior Salesforce Solution Architect, you'll be a key player in designing and delivering robust Salesforce solutions that align with complex business needs. You'll partner closely with stakeholders to translate business goals into scalable, maintainable architecture, and lead the end-to-end implementation of enterprise-grade Salesforce projects.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Engage with stakeholders to gather and refine business and technical requirements
• Collaborate on prototypes and proof-of-concept models to validate architectural approaches
• Determine the optimal use of declarative tools versus custom development within Salesforce
• Drive high-quality technical delivery by guiding solution design and execution
• Architect systems with considerations for high data volume, scalability, and data security
• Evaluate alternative design options, clearly communicating trade-offs and rationale
• Identify and resolve architectural and delivery challenges during the project lifecycle
• Create and maintain architecture documentation, including process flows, data models, and technical specs
• Guide development teams on data modeling, automation, security, and integration best practices
• Participate in backlog grooming and feature prioritization sessions
• Support effective user story definition with clear success criteria and technical clarity
• Present and justify design decisions to both technical and business stakeholders
• Partner closely with business leaders to align Salesforce solutions with strategic business objectives and operational priorities
• Leverage prior experience in the automotive industry to design solutions tailored to automotive-specific processes, data models, and customer engagement needs

Qualifications and Competencies:

Required Experience:

• 5+ years in a senior role leading Salesforce solution design and implementation across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud
• Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, SAFe, and Dev Ops frameworks and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence)
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce data integrations and migrations
• Demonstrated ability to lead greenfield Salesforce implementations and enhancements
• Strongly prefer previous Automotive Experience or Financial Industry Experience
• Experience managing more corporate/global enterprise projects (not only SMB) is required.

Education and Certifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, Computer Science, or a related field
• Salesforce certifications such as:
• Salesforce Administrator
• Platform Developer I
• Platform App Builder

Skills Required:

• Practical experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, data integrations (Boomi, Mule Soft, etc.), and analytics tools (CRMA, Tableau, etc.)
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Ability to work independently and manage complex solutioning in dynamic environments
• Proven time management, organizational, and collaboration skills
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving under pressure
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office Suite or similar tools
