Job Description

A leading manufacturing organization is seeking a hands‑on SQL Database Administrator/Developer to support data modernization and integration initiatives. This role will focus on consolidating disparate databases, optimizing data movement, and supporting large‑scale transactional data as the organization prepares for an upcoming SAP S/4

HANA migration.

• Act as SQL Server SME supporting database development and administration
• Develop and optimize SQL queries, tables, and stored procedures
• Work with very large datasets (10M+ records)
• Design and support ETL processes moving 100K–250K+ records per load
• Support middleware ETL using Pentaho Kettle and assist migration to SSIS
• Improve data flow efficiency across multiple systems (A → B →
  
  C)
• Perform minor application development within SQL Server

• Strong experience with SQL Server (2012–2017)
• Advanced T‑SQL, stored procedures, and performance tuning
• ETL and data integration experience
• Experience with Pentaho Kettle (Progress DB)
• Hands‑on experience with high‑volume transactional databases

• SSRS
• Informatica
• Manufacturing or ERP data experience
