We are seeking a skilled Global Manager IT to join our dynamic team. Join us in shaping the future of clinical trials and making a meaningful impact in healthcare!

As a full-time Global Manager IT you will have the opportunity to support our growth ambitions and make a difference within our organization. In this role, you will work closely with departments to provide leadership, strategic direction and hands‑on technical expertise to manage and enhance Emsere’s IT landscape. This is a newly created role that works collaboratively as part of both a local and global team in North America.

• Manage team performance, systems and infrastructure
• Provide support and lead IT operations
• Maintain security and compliance
• Collaborate and manage external vendors and stakeholders

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience
• 3+ years of experience leading IT staff and 7+ years of proven experience as a Senior System Administrator, Network Administrator, or similar IT role
• Demonstrated experience managing Office 365, Microsoft Azure, and AWS environments
• Proven track record in IT infrastructure management, cybersecurity, and cloud administration
• Strong knowledge of databases, networks (LAN/WAN), and patch management
• In-depth understanding of system security (e.g., intrusion detection systems) and data backup/recovery
