Overview
O'Neill Logistics GA LLC is seeking a full-time HR Generalist to join our team at our Bloomingdale, GA location. The HR Generalist is responsible for supporting day-to-day human resources operations, including policy administration, employee relations, onboarding, benefits, and compliance. This role ensures HR practices align with company standards and applicable federal and state laws.

Key Responsibilities- Create, update, and administer HR policies and company guidelines in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Prepare and maintain official HR documents, including offer letters, compensation changes, and disciplinary action notices.
- Coordinate and facilitate new hire onboarding, including background checks, E-Verify cases, I-9 compliance, and completion of all required new hire documentation.
- Educate new employees on HR policies, internal procedures, and company regulations.
- Enter and maintain employee information in the iSolved HRIS system.
- Maintain accurate physical and electronic employee files, including personnel records, benefits documentation, and attendance records.
- Support employee performance evaluations and compensation-related initiatives, including merit increases and bonus documentation.
- Facilitate open enrollment and assist employees in understanding available benefits.
- Address employee relations matters, including disciplinary actions and employee grievances, in a professional and compliant manner.
- Manage offboarding processes, including resignations and terminations.
- Assist HR management with additional HR-related projects as needed.
- Minimum of 2 years of Human Resources experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Business Management, Psychology, or related field or relevant HR certification.
- Working knowledge of HRIS systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while handling sensitive and confidential information.
- This position reports to the Human Resources Manager and Director.
- Salary: $55,000–$60,000 annually (Exempt)
