Position Summary

The Front Desk Manager plays a key leadership role in delivering the warm, polished, and genuine hospitality that defines The King and Prince Beach & Golf Resort. This position oversees daily front office operations while setting the tone for exceptional service, ensuring every guest interaction reflects Northview’s commitment to excellence, consistency, and care. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who inspires teams, elevates service standards, and creates memorable first and last impressions for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, train, and motivate the Front Desk and Guest Services teams to deliver a refined, welcoming, and service-driven guest experience.
  • Set and uphold elevated service standards aligned with The King and Prince brand and Northview operating expectations.
  • Oversee daily front desk operations including arrivals, departures, guest requests, service recovery, and VIP handling.
  • Actively engage with guests to anticipate needs, resolve concerns, and exceed expectations.
  • Partner with Housekeeping, Maintenance, Reservations, and Leadership to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Manage scheduling, coaching, performance feedback, and ongoing training for front office team members.
  • Monitor guest feedback and service metrics, identifying opportunities to continuously improve service delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with brand standards, safety policies, and operational procedures.
Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of front office or guest services leadership experience in an upscale or luxury hospitality environment.
  • Proven ability to elevate service culture and lead teams through example.
  • Strong guest relations and service recovery skills with a polished, professional presence.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience with hotel PMS systems and front office reporting.
