The Assistant Asset Manager plays a critical role in maintaining the quality and safety of our properties through comprehensive evaluations and detailed reporting. This position involves inspecting homes for preventative maintenance needs, damage, and safety issues, ensuring a high standard of care and preservation.

The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, highly organized, tech‑savvy, and thrives in a fast‑paced, physically demanding environment. Reporting directly to the Inspection Manager, the Inspector is responsible for providing accurate records and maintaining the integrity of assigned properties.

Task/Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough inspections of homes to identify preventative maintenance needs, damage, and safety concerns.
  • Develop familiarity with all properties and assigned houses to ensure comprehensive evaluations.
  • Document findings with accuracy and attention to detail, submitting reports to the Inspection Manager.
  • Identify and report maintenance items that require attention, such as plumbing, electrical, or structural issues.
  • Ensure all safety protocols are observed and recommend corrective actions as needed.
  • Maintain detailed, organized records of inspections and findings using digital tools.
  • Ensure high quality inspections while managing multiple tasks.
