The Assistant Asset Manager plays a critical role in maintaining the quality and safety of our properties through comprehensive evaluations and detailed reporting. • Conduct thorough inspections of homes to identify preventative maintenance needs, damage, and safety concerns.
• Develop familiarity with all properties and assigned houses to ensure comprehensive evaluations.
• Document findings with accuracy and attention to detail, submitting reports to the Inspection Manager.
• Identify and report maintenance items that require attention, such as plumbing, electrical, or structural issues.
• Ensure all safety protocols are observed and recommend corrective actions as needed.
• Maintain detailed, organized records of inspections and findings using digital tools.
• Ensure high quality inspections while managing multiple tasks.
