the Role

We’re searching for a dynamic Food & Beverage Manager to oversee all aspects of our dining operations. This position is a key leadership role that shapes guests’ experience throughout our establishments. You’ll guide operations for Smith Creek Tavern & Anna’s Italian — each restaurant with its own personality—along with banquet events for our groups and weddings.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a high‑performing F&B team
  • Oversee daily operations across restaurant, bar, and event spaces
  • Partner closely with the Executive Chef to develop menus and seasonal offerings
  • Ensure exceptional guest service and resolve issues with professionalism
  • Manage inventory, purchasing, and vendor relationships with an eye for sustainability
  • Monitor financial performance, control costs, and drive revenue across multiple outlets
  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and licensing regulations
  • Champion a culture of hospitality, teamwork, and continuous improvement
What You Bring
  • Proven experience in food & beverage management, ideally in a lodge, resort, or multi‑outlet environment
  • Strong leadership skills and a passion for developing teams
  • A guest‑first mindset with a love for creating memorable experiences
  • Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment
  • Solid understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
