The POA position is a key role and an integral part of the foundation of our relationship with our guests, owners, and members. Your quality of service, friendly demeanor, attention to detail and professionalism embodies the spirit of enriching lives. You enjoy a fast paced, sometimes hectic work assignment while always having an attention to detail. You are a team member that takes pride in ensuring all operating procedures are followed.

You efficiently work independently and doing your part to ensure that all Clearview standard operating procedures are followed. You work on completing your checklists (daily, weekly, and monthly items). You ensure that your property is maintained and cleaned to Clearview Standards. You maintain inventory of supplies at your job location/vehicle. You report any issues (needed maintenance, etc) to the POA Lead.

You set the tone with your strong ethics and by consistently upholding and ensuring compliance with departmental procedures, including standards for quality, timing, attendance, and appearance. You follow and ensure all Sea Island safety protocols are consistently met. You maintain situational awareness of your surroundings, keeping an eye on all areas for tidiness and any general maintenance issues, ensuring that all are corrected or reported immediately.
You maintain your knowledge of Sea Island’s properties, services, and offerings, and share this information with all. You are generous with your support and help resolve any service issues that arise in a timely and positive way, following up as needed. You are proactive in aiding when needed and are willing to help with other areas or duties as requested.
