You are a positive, detail-oriented and hands‑on team leader that enjoys accomplishing a variety of tasks in a fast‑paced environment. You are a gracious ambassador for Sea Island with every interaction. You support team members in providing friendly, attentive, and timely Five Star guest service.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborative oversight of Front Desk operations, including Concierge, Bell Stand and Valet, helping with and directing activities for quality and service that embrace our superior standards with warmth and comradery.
  • Training, development, and scheduling of team members, leading by example as you perform Front Desk duties, including Manager‑on‑Duty and Night Audit coverage as needed.
  • Reviewing incoming guest information and instructions, and conveying and following up as needed for guest preparation.
  • Liaison between Guest Services and other resort operations teams, especially working closely with Housekeeping, Engineering, Reservations and Accounting.
  • Overseeing room bookings, performing regular walk‑throughs, and managing shift reports, including guidance and follow‑up.
  • Maintaining and upholding departmental procedures, including standards for quality, timing, attendance, safety, appearance and safety protocols.
  • Proactive knowledge of Sea Island’s properties, services and offerings, sharing this information with guests and members, and resolving concerns promptly.
  • Coordinating with key stakeholders such as the leadership teams of Spa, Golf, Food and Beverage, etc. to resolve issues and maintain open communication.
