Job Summary:
Intellistars ABA is seeking a dedicated and passionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team! As an RBT, you will have the opportunity to work closely with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities in their natural environments, such as their homes. Our mission is to provide ABA care that makes a meaningful impact in the lives of our clients and their families.
Responsibilities:
• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with our Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
• Implement ABA therapy sessions in the child's home, utilizing evidence-based methods and strategies
• Collect and record data on client progress, as well as maintain accurate records and documentation
• Communicate effectively with children, parents, and other team members to ensure smooth implementation of treatment plans
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with best practices in ABA
Requirements:
• Must hold a certificate in Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) from a recognized institution
• Minimum 0 years of experience in the field of ABA or related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility to work part-time schedule (20-30 hours per week)
