Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in Portal, GA. As a Registered Behavior Technician, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality ABA services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities. The ideal candidate will have a certificate in behavior analysis and a passion for helping others.

Responsibilities

  • Implement ABA therapy plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

  • Collect and record data on client progress and behavior

  • Collaborate with BCBA and other team members to develop and implement individualized treatment plans

  • Provide direct therapy services to clients in their natural environments, such as homes or community settings

  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of client progress and therapy sessions

  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions to improve skills and knowledge

Requirements

  • Certificate in behavior analysis (e.g., RBT certification)

  • High school diploma or equivalent required

  • 0 years of experience required

  • Ability to work part-time schedule ( approx. 20-25 hours per week)

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

  • Reliable transportation and valid driver's license (if applicable)

  • $25 - $30 HOURLY compensation package
