Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in Portal, GA. As a Registered Behavior Technician, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality ABA services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities. The ideal candidate will have a certificate in behavior analysis and a passion for helping others.
Responsibilities
Implement ABA therapy plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Collect and record data on client progress and behavior
Collaborate with BCBA and other team members to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Provide direct therapy services to clients in their natural environments, such as homes or community settings
Maintain accurate and detailed records of client progress and therapy sessions
Participate in team meetings and training sessions to improve skills and knowledge
Requirements
Certificate in behavior analysis (e.g., RBT certification)
High school diploma or equivalent required

Ability to work part-time schedule ( approx. 20-25 hours per week)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
Reliable transportation and valid driver's license (if applicable)
$25 - $30 HOURLY compensation package
