Position: Travel RN - Operating Room - Cardiovascular OR/CVOR
Location: Atlanta

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR) position requiring a GA or compact license and strong endovascular experience.

Job Details

• Work in a hospital Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR) setting,

• Full-time, 12-hour day shifts,

• No on-call responsibilities,

• Care for adult cardiac and vascular surgical patients,

Job Requirements

• Active GA or compact RN license in hand,

• Minimum of 18 months recent full-time CVOR experience within the last 3 years,

• Proficient with all major cardiac and vascular procedures, demonstrating top competency ratings,

• Strong experience with endovascular surgeries,

• Must reside at least 50 miles from the facility; locals not accepted,

• Former permanent employees must have separated at least one year prior, or 18 months if returning to the same facility,

Additional Information

• Deliver specialized perioperative care to cardiovascular surgical patients,

• Strict rules on time off: maximum of five days if not near a holiday, or three days if near a holiday, with only one holiday request permitted,

• Multiple days of time off during holiday periods are not approved; time off must be spread out,

• Must answer perioperative questionnaire regarding cannulation and cardiac case experience as part of the screening process,
