Monday–Thursday, 8 AM – 5 PM;
Friday, 8 AM – 4 PM;
One Saturday a month, 8 am - 3 pm. ✔No nights. Just work–life balance you can count on. 💯Spanish Speaker ONLY

What You’ll Do- Greet patients with warmth and professionalism, creating a positive first impression.
- Manage patient scheduling and keep clinic operations running smoothly.
- Answer phones, emails, and inquiries with accuracy and a smile in your voice.
- Maintain organized patient records and assist with insurance/billing processes.
- Work closely with providers and medical staff to deliver an exceptional patient experience.
- Keep the front office clean, inviting, and patient-ready every day.
- Rotate primarily between our Atlanta, Riverdale, and Conyers locations, with support at our other clinics as needed.

- High school diploma or equivalent (healthcare administration training is a plus).
- 1+ year of customer service experience — medical office experience preferred.
- Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred to serve our community better.
- Comfortable with Electronic Medical Records (EMR/EHR) systems.
