Dental Hygienist

Position Overview

Our aesthetic dentistry practice is looking for a positive, energetic, and personable dental hygienist to join our team.

• We understand that providing the best care and patient experience possible requires a collaborative experience among our team. Clinicians will always have input to ensure we meet our goal to best care for our patients.
• There will be 6-7 daily hygiene patient appointments. New patients have 90-minute appointments and returning hygiene patients all get 60-minute appointments.
• We are currently offering the top hourly rate for our area, 24 days of PTO, and 12 weeks off annually.
• New team members are eligible for monthly profit sharing bonuses immediately from start date and extra pay when patients pay for fluoride varnish and Curodont applications.
• Majority of the time you will have 2 operatories available to help you stay on schedule.
• We currently have Cavitrons, Hu-Friedy scalers, and are getting Woodpecker air polishers units.
• We utilize Pearl AI to help build trust between our patients and the clinical team. We also offer salivary testing for pathogens and genetic susceptibility. These technologies have been incredible for our patients and our team.

• Willingness to learn. We do training on a regular basis to improve patients outcomes and ensure smooth, predictable processes. You will have access to over 20 hours of hygiene CE from Doug Thompson, a world leader on treating gingival inflammation. We know that by reducing inflammation for our patients we can reduce patient risks for over 60 life threatening diseases and conditions.
• Strong communication skills. We want to create an environment that fosters great trust between patients and clinicians. We want patients to feel comfortable sharing their goals, concerns, and insecurities with us. We want to discuss with every patient customized steps that they can take to better care for their oral health at home and next treatment steps to take if needed to improve their oral and systemic health.

• Beyond customary dentistry. We seek to maximize the lifespan of our patients. We strive to facilitate graceful aging for our patients by improving cognitive function and extending healthy years.
• Confidence and joy. We want all our patients to have the joy and confidence that comes from their smile looking and functioning amazingly. We want their smile to contribute positively to facial harmony and overall facial esthetics.
