Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) located in Winston, GA. The BCBA will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing personalized ABA therapy plans, and providing guidance to Registered Behavior Technicians. This role entails close collaboration with families and caregivers to ensure progress in skill development, behavior management, and social integration. The BCBA will supervise therapy implementation, evaluate client progress, and maintain compliance with clinical and ethical standards.

Qualifications
  • Certified as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or eligible for certification
  • Skills in conducting assessments, data analysis, and developing evidence-based ABA therapy plans
  • Experience in supervising and training Registered Behavior Technicians
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills to engage with caregivers and professionals
  • Ability to demonstrate knowledge of ABA principles, behavior management, and intervention strategies
  • Experience working with children on the autism spectrum preferred
  • Proficiency in documenting and maintaining treatment plans in compliance with ethical and clinical standards
  • Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field
  • Reliable transportation and flexibility to work on-site in Winston, GA
