Position Summary

A Registered Professional Nurse who is responsible for assessing, planning, implementing & evaluating the care of patients. Demonstrates a thorough knowledge of therapeutic patient care, patient advocacy, team dynamics, & hospital systems. Serves as a resource support staff. Requires a high degree of initiative & independent judgment.

Shift: 12 Hour Night Shift

• Licensure:
  Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Georgia.
• Education:
  
  Graduation from an NLM accredited school of nursing.
• Experience:
  
  One year of recent Registered Nursing experience preferred within the past five years.
• Special
  
  Qualifications:
  
  Current BCLS, ACLS, & PALS/ENPC mandatory (required within 1st year of employment if not certified). TNCC preferred.
• Degree of Supervision
  
  Required:
  
  Able to function independently with minimal supervision. Directly responsible to the Charge Nurse in directing & providing patient care.
