• Make a lasting impact as an RBT supporting children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
• Work closely with experienced BCBAs who design and supervise all RBT treatment programs

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy as an RBT in homes, daycares, and community school settings
• Implement individualized skill acquisition programs
• Collect data and submit session notes accurately and on time
• Maintain a safe, respectful, and compassionate environment for clients
• Complete other RBT-related tasks as assigned

• $24.00–$30.00 per hour
• Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance for full-time RBTs
• Ongoing supervision, mentorship, and professional development

Aim Higher ABA provides in-home and daycare-based ABA therapy focused on child-centered, compassionate care. All RBT programs are designed and supervised by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and scheduled at the family’s convenience.
