• Conduct assessments to evaluate speech and language disorders in patients.
• Develop personalized treatment plans based on individual patient needs.
• Work towards achieving set targets and goals within assigned territories.
• Implement therapeutic interventions to improve communication skills.

• Master’s degree in Speech‑Language Pathology or a related field.
• Valid state licensure and certification as a Speech‑Language Pathologist.

• Proven experience in assessing and treating speech and language disorders.
• Ability to develop personalized treatment plans based on assessments.
• Strong communication skills to educate patients and families effectively.
• Familiarity with data‑driven approaches to track treatment effectiveness.

• Experience working in a collaborative healthcare team environment.
