Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, swallowing, and cognitive‑communication disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Document patient progress using EMR systems
- Collaborate with PTs, OTs, nurses, and physicians to deliver coordinated care
- Educate patients, families, and staff on treatment goals and progress
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited Speech‑Language Pathology program
- Current
GA SLP license
(or eligibility) - CCC‑SLP preferred
, but CFs may be considered when supervision is available - Strong interpersonal and documentation skills
