Registered Behavior Technician | In-home RBT | Springfield
Paid $25–$29 per hour with $300 sign‑on bonus. Part‑time or full‑time, Monday–Friday 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM. Daily Pay available.
About the RoleWe’re looking for a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one‑on‑one ABA therapy to children with autism in Springfield, GA. You’ll work under the guidance of a BCBA, helping clients develop communication, social, and daily living skills in a supportive, play‑based environment.
Responsibilities- Implement individualized ABA therapy programs
- Track data and document client progress in our EMR system
- Use positive reinforcement techniques to promote skill development
- Collaborate closely with families, BCBAs, and fellow RBTs
- Ensure sessions are engaging, goal‑oriented, and child‑centered
- Active RBT certification
- High school diploma or equivalent
