Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Hours: 30 hours per week

Weekends: No weekend rotation

Travel: Required between facilities (approximately 12 miles apart)

Salary Range: $41 – $45 per hour

Position Overview

We’re seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in Ideal, GA
. This position offers a consistent weekday schedule with no weekends, ideal for those seeking work-life balance. The SLP will provide therapy services across two nearby facilities, helping patients achieve their communication and swallowing goals through individualized, evidence-based care.

• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to meet patient needs.
• Travel between assigned facilities (approximately 12 miles apart) to provide consistent therapy coverage.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with regulatory standards.
• Educate patients, families, and staff on therapy techniques and progress.

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Active Georgia SLP license (or eligibility to obtain).
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
• Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills.
