Platinum RTC now hiring a PRN Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant for the Lumber City Care Center.

• Current license to practice the profession in the State of GA
• Graduation from an accredited school of occupational therapy assistant is required
• At least one year of experience as a COTA

• Administer treatment to residents and patients with temporary or long‑term disabilities to relieve pain, restore or improve function, and promote healing
• Assure all treatment is delivered in accordance with an established plan of care
• Provide clinical support and instruct patients, families, and caregivers
• Monitor patient response to treatment intervention
• Complete required forms and documentation in accordance with company policy and state/federal regulations

• Participate in collaborative care conferences
• Coordinate and provide training with Restorative Nursing and other care staff
• Provide education and training to patients, caregivers, and community partners
• Assist with training and education of facility and professional partners
• Ensure compliance with mandatory education, training and competency programs
• Participation in COTA student development and educational programs
