Luxury Spa Esthetician & Skin Care Specialist

Woodhouse Spa - Peachtree City is seeking a licensed, experienced Esthetician who is passionate about skin health, luxury service, and creating memorable guest experiences. This role is ideal for someone who combines clinical expertise with a calming touch — and thrives in a collaborative, team-driven environment.

• Deliver exceptional facial and skincare services following Woodhouse protocols that elevate the guest experience.
• Educate and guide guests on homecare and personalized skincare routines for lasting results.
• Provide a full array of spa services including signature services, advanced protocols, as well as body treatments.
• Build lasting guest relationships through genuine connection, care, and professionalism.
• Maintain a pristine and peaceful work environment, upholding state regulations and brand standards.
• Partner with fellow service providers and spa leadership to create a seamless, five-star experience for every guest.
• Utilize spa software to manage appointments and guest information efficiently.
• Embody “The Woodhouse Way” — where hospitality, integrity, and teamwork are at the heart of everything we do.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in professional skincare, preferably in a luxury or wellness spa environment
• Strong knowledge of holistic and clinical skincare techniques
• Excellent communication skills and a genuine love for guest service
• Ability to educate and engage with guests by participating in marketing campaigns, in-person, and community initiatives
• A team-oriented mindset and desire to grow alongside other high-performing professionals
• Commitment to continuing education and staying current with skincare innovations
• Reliable, consistent attendance and the flexibility to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays
• Current Hydrafacial or Advanced Skin Care certification(s) desired

• Average pay begins at $72/hour for time in service based upon commission and gratuity

Classification: Part-Time

Shifts: Various – Must be available to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays. Flex and fill-in available as well.

Physical Requirements: Must be able to sit or bend for extended periods and lift up to 35 lbs.

Compensation: $72.00 - $90.00 per hour
