Who: A leading $20M services company is looking for a Controller with strong Quick Books expertise.

What: You'll manage full-cycle accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance using Quick Books.

When: This full-time role is available immediately.

Where: On-site in Doraville, GA.

Salary: $90,000 annually.

Position Overview:

The Controller will be responsible for all accounting operations, including maintaining the general ledger, preparing financial statements, managing budgeting and forecasting processes, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. This role requires deep experience with Quick Books and the ability to work independently in a growing organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead all accounting functions including AP, AR, payroll, and month-end close
• Prepare financial statements and management reports
• Develop budgets and financial forecasts
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal controls
• Manage audits and liaise with external accountants
• Maintain and optimize the use of Quick Books for daily operations

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 5+ years of accounting experience, preferably in a service-based company
• Advanced proficiency in Quick Books
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
