Entertainment & Gaming Attendant, Customer Service Rep

Description:
Foam Works Auto Spa attendants directly communicate and serve customers to provide the best experience possible. These tasks include, but are not limited to:

- Greeting customers
- Selling club plan memberships
- Prepping vehicles for the express car wash tunnel
- Loading cars into the loading station, following safety protocol, to safely send a vehicle through the wash
- Completing laundry of towels
- Assisting with membership updates, cancellations, etc.

Attendants also keep the premises clean and may assist in minor paperwork duties. Hourly pay, commissions, and PTO accrual. Advancement opportunities are available.

Requirements:
Foam Works Auto Spa attendants must be able to:

- Be active for long spans of time (standing, walking, prepping, etc.)
- Be a positive presence and pleasant around customers and fellow employees
- Stay off phone for extended periods of time
- Be aware of surroundings
- Learn basic computer skills
- Be punctual
- Abide by Foam Works Auto Spa policies as stated in the Employee Handbook
