We are partnered with a reputable civil engineering firm located in Atlanta, GA; they're seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead their Water Resources department . As an ideal candidate, you'll have a strong background in water resources engineering and a passion for managing complex projects.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Professional Engineer Registration (preferably in Georgia)
- 8+ years of experience in Water Resources engineering
- Experience with hydrologic and hydraulic modeling, stormwater management design, and green infrastructure design
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Arc Map, and hydrologic/hydraulic software applications
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize workflow, and complete tasks efficiently
- Client-focused, self-motivated, and team-oriented
- Experience working in Georgia and South Carolina
- Familiarity with hydrologic and hydraulic software (ICPR4, HEC-RAS, XPSWMM, Autodesk Storm and Sanitary Analysis)
- Knowledge of water quality or TMDL studies
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced team environment
- Develop proposals, scopes, and fees, and oversee project schedules and budgets
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to deliver successful projects
- Perform and manage watershed studies, stormwater master plans, and hydrologic/hydraulic analysis
- Design and inspect traditional and innovative LID infrastructure and SWM BMPs
- Mentor and oversee team members, and monitor project scope and fees
