W2 Hourly Pay Rate: $70/hr. range. Benefits available

System One IT is staffing a W2 contract-to-hire opening for a Senior Systems Engineer, with experience supporting IP camera and enterprise security systems to support federal in Glynco, GA. This is an on-site position. Candidates interested in relocating to this area are encouraged to apply, in addition to local candidates.

The Systems Senior Engineer shall have at least five years of detailed technical experience in supporting COTS/GOTS, similar to the following or related field within the last seven years.

• 5 years of detailed technical experience in supporting COTS/GOTS (within last 7 years)
• Camera Systems/After Action Review/Milestone XProtect AAR system
• Camera Systems/IP Cameras
• Enterprise Security System
• Facilities & Maintenance System
• IT Service Management System (Ivanti)
• Experience in prioritizing system outages, projects, and tasks while providing technical assistance and resolution to the team to ensure optimal system performance.
• Ability to design and implement operational server systems and prototypes according to engineering data and Government requirements.
• Extensive knowledge of systems principles, protocols, and design to evaluate and gain optimal performance.
• Collaborate with Network and System Engineers, vendors, and other personnel to identify, define, and solve trending or developmental problems.
• Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair systems infrastructure.
• Experience with cloud engineering and migration strategies, and ability to communicate, coordinate, and resolve technical issues with data center engineering on systems that are maintained at each data center location.
