This executive role provides spiritual, academic, and operational leadership in partnership with the Board of Governors to advance the mission of Christian education.

• Lead and model the school’s Christian mission
• Oversee academics, administration, enrollment, and operations
• Implement strategic priorities with the Board
• Serve as primary liaison to parents and community

• Committed follower of Jesus Christ
• The ability to promote and represent the school effectively
• Delegation and team-building skills
• Skill in recruiting, supporting, and retaining an excellent faculty
• The ability to inspire those around him/her
• The ability to bring people together for a common purpose
• Master’s degree or other advanced degree required
