Memorial Family Practice is offering an outstanding Family Medicine opportunity to practice in Chickamauga, Georgia, just south of Chattanooga, TN.

• Monday - Friday 8:00AM - 4:30PM

  Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Breast Surgical Oncology, Endocrinology, Gynecology, Infectious Disease, Integrative Medicine, General & Laparoscopic Surgery, Geriatrics, Metabolic & Weight Loss Surgery, Neurology, Neurosurgery, Pediatrics, Pulmonology, Rheumatology, Thoracic Surgery, Urology, and Vascular Surgery

Job Requirements

• MD or DO degree
• American Board Certified or Board Eligible in Specified Area of Medical Specialty
• Current DEA
• AHA BLS Certification
• A valid and unrestricted state medical license or license-eligible for the state of Georgia and/or Tennessee
