Essential physical requirements

• Movement:
  May require the ability to stand/walk for up to 80% of your shift, with frequent pushing, pulling, bending, reaching, and squatting 50% of the time
• Lifting:
  May require the ability to lift up to 50 pounds for up to 50% of your shift
• Environment:
  May require working in environments with varying temperature and humidity

Qualifications

• 3-5 years experience as an Industrial or related role preferred
• Safety is a core value; ability to model and encourage safety practices
• Knowledge of industrial machine repair/reliability techniques, machine tool functions, and ability to work from prints/technical drawings
• Understanding of technical and non-technical documents related to machine mechanical and electrical systems
• Effective written and verbal communication; self-motivated; computer skills
• Ability to interface with technical and non-technical personnel in maintenance and repair of roll-related equipment
• Team-oriented with strong problem-solving, integrity and initiative; willingness to cross-train
• Flexibility, dependability, strong attention to detail; able to work overtime, including short-notice requests
• Must be able to lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs

Preferred

• Associates Degree in Industrial Maintenance, Machine Repair, Automated Manufacturing, or Journeyman’s card preferred
• Minimum 5-8 years of verifiable maintenance experience preferred
