What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Follow up with current customers to ensure satisfaction and upsell services that meet their needs.
  • Make outbound calls to potential business customers to present communication packages.
  • Provide high-level customer service by accurately entering customer data into the Sales Force system.
  • Use product knowledge to assist customers with inquiries and demonstrate the benefits of switching services.
  • Solve problems and find solutions to encourage customer commitment.
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Minimum of three to six months of related experience and/or training.
  • Previous outbound telemarketing experience in a call center is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to direct conversations and close sales.
  • Proactive approach to customer engagement.
  • Education:

    Associate's degree or higher preferred.

  • Experience in a sales-related position.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to encourage customer commitments.
  • Outgoing personality with a knack for building relationships.
