What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):- Follow up with current customers to ensure satisfaction and upsell services that meet their needs.
- Make outbound calls to potential business customers to present communication packages.
- Provide high-level customer service by accurately entering customer data into the Sales Force system.
- Use product knowledge to assist customers with inquiries and demonstrate the benefits of switching services.
- Solve problems and find solutions to encourage customer commitment.
- Minimum of three to six months of related experience and/or training.
- Previous outbound telemarketing experience in a call center is preferred.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to direct conversations and close sales.
- Proactive approach to customer engagement.
- Education:
Associate's degree or higher preferred.
- Experience in a sales-related position.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to encourage customer commitments.
- Outgoing personality with a knack for building relationships.
- Familiarity with Sales Force or similar CRM systems.
- Commitment to community involvement and customer service excellence.
