• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Process ticket sales, scan pre-purchased tickets, and verify memberships using the ticketing system (training provided).
• Provide accurate information about attractions, events, pricing, and directions.
• Maintain efficient traffic flow at entry gates during high‑volume periods.
• Handle cash, credit card, and electronic payments accurately.
• Resolve basic guest concerns or elevate issues to supervisors when needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the gate or booth area.
• Follow all safety procedures and guest service standards.

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Comfortable interacting with a high volume of guests.
• Ability to learn and operate a ticketing/POS system quickly.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently.
• Positive attitude and team‑oriented mindset.
• Previous hospitality, retail, or guest service experience preferred but not required.

• Ability to sit or stand for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally.
• Availability to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as required during peak seasons.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including special events and holiday programming.
