We’re looking for enthusiastic assistant teachers who create a nurturing environment where children can thrive. Your primary focus will be assisting the lead teacher to plan engaging activities, promote growth across development areas, and cultivate strong parent partnerships through open communication.
Requirements:- High School Diploma or equivalent and pass background check. Early Childhood Education experience in a licensed center is a big plus.
- Genuine empathy and understanding of children’s needs and development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet community needs.
- Capable of meeting the physical demands of working with children.
