As we expand our footprint, we are seeking a high-performing Sales Executive to drive growth in Metro Atlanta, the Southeast, and our existing national markets.
PositionSummary
The Sales Executive will play a critical role in proactively sourcing new B2B business opportunities. This hybrid role combines office-based responsiveness with in-field prospecting and client engagement. You will be responsible for identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities with local and national clients, leveraging your expertise in selling business services and building long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to close
- Prospect, cold call, and network to develop new B2B clients across targeted industries
- Build relationships with both local decision-makers and enterprise-level buyers
- Conduct site walkthroughs and needs assessments for janitorial and FM services
- Collaborate with operations, estimating, and leadership teams to develop solutions
- Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and provide regular sales reports to the COO
- Represent the company at industry events, networking groups, and client meetings
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and customer challenges
- Highly self-motivated, detail-oriented, and organized with excellent follow-through
- 5–10 years of successful B2B sales experience, ideally in business services, facilities, or janitorial industries
- Proven experience selling to both local operators and national accounts
- Strong knowledge of Atlanta and the Southeast’s commercial and industrial landscape
- Familiarity with industrial facilities, warehousing, or data centers is a strong plus
- Intellectually curious and coachable, with a hunger to grow and succeed
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within assigned territory
