Basic Job FunctionsThis position is primarily responsible for leading and developing the storeroom team to ensure efficient and effective warehouse operations. Duties will include but are not limited to communicating and defining replenishment needs for both stock and consignment items; developing and enforcing warehouse policies; reconciling systems and performing physical counts; investigating discrepancies in inventory or shipments; expediting part repairs and orders; and monitoring delivery lead times.
The candidate should have the ability to improve processes and uphold safety policies, practices, procedures, and housekeeping standards at all times.

Minimum Qualifications- 4 or more years working in supply chain, shipping, and/or warehouse environment.
- Experience managing supply chain, shipping, and/or warehouse.
- Minimum of 2 years purchasing or similar experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Two (2) or more years of experience managing employees, including leadership skills, ability to influence, create a team environment, communicate with the team, and hold people accountable.
- Ability to work cross‑functionally.
- Experience identifying and implementing process improvements.
- Experience with MS Dynamics 365.
- Experience planning and scheduling activities.
- Ability to organize and manage warehouse space.
