Job Description Summary

The Warehouse Operations Associate supports daily distribution center activities including receiving, putaway, picking, packing, shipping, inventory control, and value‑added services. This role operates within an automation‑enabled warehouse environment and ensures compliance with retailer and system requirements.

• Receive inbound RFID shipments and verify against ASN/PO documentation
• Perform putaway and bin transfers in WMS (Manhattan SCALE or similar)
• Pick, pack, and label orders according to retailer and compliance requirements
• Support automated systems (Auto Store, sortation) as assigned
• Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory accuracy initiatives
• Follow retailer routing guides (Walmart OTIF, Walgreens Ulta, CVS, Beauty supplies)

• Picking accuracy ≥ 99.5%
• Inventory accuracy ≥ 99%
• Units per hour productivity targets
• Zero compliance chargebacks
• OTIF support adherence

• 1+ year warehouse experience preferred
• Exposure to automation systems (Auto Store, sortation) preferred
• Basic understanding of retailer compliance requirements
• Familiarity with WMS transactions

• SAP knowledge
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

The anticipated compensation range is 19.25 - 36.55 USD Hourly. Actual compensation will be determined based on various factors including qualifications, education, experience, and location. The pay range is subject to change at any time dependent on a variety of internal and external factors.
